Perhaps an antique home where you and your family can enjoy each other’s company in a place that feels removed from the world?  Located in Buzzards Bay in Bourne, MA., Overbrook House has been the site of many wedding ceremonies and special family events for over 20 years.

Set on 22 acres, Overbrook House is an eight-bedroom home that was built in the 1920s. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and the dining room is large enough to seat 20. Outside you’ll find a 60-foot swimming pool, open fields lined with ancient stone walls, and an ocean inlet within easy walking distance.
The hardwood floor dance hall is a great feature of the Overbrook venue that is used for reception music and dancing. The dance hall is only large enough for a seated dinner reception of 70 guests but can be used for dancing for more guests. The property includes several locations for your ceremony and also offers unique housing for your guests.

Whether you want a small intimate gathering or a larger party, Overbrook House can accommodate up to 140 people. Expecting more than 140? No worries, there is another wedding site across the street at Bay End Farm, a working organic farm. The Overbrook House staff are quite accommodating. Their experienced managers listen to you about what kind of event you want and discuss how best to accomplish your ideas.
